Protocol

Add 50 μl sample buffer and 50 μl sample to each well

Incubate for 2 hours at room temp

↓

Wash 3 times and add labelled antibody

↓

Incubate for 1 hour at room temp

↓

Wash 3 times and add enzyme

↓

Incubate for 30 min at room temp

↓

Wash 3 times and add substrate

↓

Incubate for 20 min at room temp

↓

Add stop solution and read at 450nm
