Protocol

Add 100 μl enzyme conjugate and 25 μl sample to each well

↓

Incubate for 2 hours at 37°C

↓

Wash 3 times and add substrate

↓

Incubate for 15 min at room temp

↓

Add stop solution and read at 450nm
